Biography
of Ronald W. Zartarian, D.M.D.
Dr.
Zartarian has been practicing general dentistry, a member of the
American Dental Association (ADA) and Fellow Academy of General
Dentistry (FAGD) since 1980. He has been practicing dentistry
on the Main Line since 1986. He is highly skilled in many
areas of dental practice including preventive, aesthetic,
reconstructive and implant dentistry; with a keen eye and a passion
for how your smile should blend with your entire face.
Dr. Zartarian enjoys treating people from all walks of life, and aims to treat everyone like a close family member. He really enjoys working with children, being a full service provider for all adults, seniors and those with special needs. He provides
quality care dentistry to all ages and even provides
emergency care after normal business hours.
One of the first dentists to exclusively use tooth-colored
fillings for routine treatments. Dr. Zartarian has also been
leading the way in providing teeth bleaching for almost 30 years,
long before popularity of this proven technique.
Dr. Zartarian is very active and benevolent in the community. He
is the rare dentist that has made housecalls for the last 26 years
and continues making housecalls today if any person should have
a need.
Ron Zartarian serves as a dental consultant for Eastern University's
Athletic Department
not to mention the time he puts in meeting with the seniors from
the Wayne Senior Center.
Further evidence of his community spirit is shown
in serving as a local Cub Scout Leader (Dr. Z is an Eagle Scout), Chairman
of Radnor Township Memorial Day Parade Committee, coached youth (ages 13 and 14) baseball, as well as baseball for special-needs children.
Ron Zartarian is a native of Philadelphia, attended LaSalle for
his Undergraduate Degree and Graduated from University of Pennsylvania
with a DENTARIAE MEDICINE DOCTORIS
degree. He was a part-time member of the University of Pennsylvania's
faculty for 13 years and achieved the Clinical Assistant Professor
status.
In addition to Ron's love for family and serving patients, Ron
has a passion for nature and enjoys camping, canoeing and kayaking. He also enjoys do-it-yourself home improvements. One of his favorite experiences is
swimming with the dolphins. (see picture below).
